- 2 very hard boiled eggs
- 1 plate of cucumbers

- 1 piece toasted wheat bread with one plate of cucumber salad
Cucumber Salad Recipe
- one onion (fresh)
- a pinch of salt
- 400 gr of cucumber
- 200 ml of yogurt ( or sour milk )
First of all, you should peel and cut the cucumber on small parts. Afterwards, add a pinch of salt and mix it all together. Then, add yogurt or sour milk (whatever you have) and mix it again. Finally, add the onions and the salad is ready to be serve.

How to prepare:
All you have to do is to add all of the ingredients in a blender and mix it. Afterwards, put the mixture in one glass and drink it fresh.
